Pneumatic ATEX Stationary IBC Mixer MSRP-5000 ECO Ex — Zone 1 (Gas + Dust), for 600–1000 L IBC

    €15,399.60

The MSRP-5000 ECO Ex is the only pneumatic ATEX stationary IBC mixer in our range. Built for Zone 1 atmospheres with gas and dust (EX II 2GD h IIb T4), intrinsically safe by virtue of the air-driven motor (no electric ignition source on the equipment). Folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller, electric lift frame, painted St3 column with earthing strap connection for proper bonding inside the Ex zone. Designed around customers producing solvents, varnishes and ethanol-based chemistry in 600–1000 L IBC totes.

Stationary IBC Mixer MSE-10000 ECO — Fixed 200 rpm, for 600–1000 L IBC, Value Tier

      €8,038.05
      VAT included
      6 535,00 €
      Net

The MSE-10000 ECO is the value-tier stationary IBC mixer. Same 1.5 kW drive and same folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller as the standard MSE-10000, but a single fixed speed of 200 rpm without VFD regulation and a basic operator terminal box. Built for production lines that run the same recipe at the same speed on every batch — high-volume repetitive duty where the integrated VFD on the standard model is not paying its way. Accepts the full 600–1000 L IBC range because the unit stands on the floor and the head lowers into the tote.

Heavy-Duty Lid-Mount Drum Mixer MBEP-5000 — Electric, HDPE Plastic Drums

        €1,857.30
        VAT included
        1 510,00 €
        Net

Same lid-mount design as the MBEP-500, scaled up for thicker chemistry. The MBEP-5000 takes the same idea of integrating the mixer directly into the HDPE drum lid and pairs it with a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) motor that handles media up to 5,000 mPa*s. This is the version chemistry plants buy when their drums hold something heavier than a typical water-based product.

IBC Agitator / Stationary IBC Mixer MKSE-10000 — Heavy-Duty Mixing Station

          €15,399.60

          12 520,00 €
          Net

The MSE-10000 is our industrial stationary IBC mixer for continuous duty production. 1.5 kW electric drive with integrated VFD (variable frequency drive), continuous speed regulation from 100 to 300 rpm at the operator panel, electric lift frame and folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller. Because the mixer stands on the floor and the head lowers into the tote, the unit accepts the full 600–1000 L IBC range. Built for plants that run the same workstation across multiple shifts, with first installs back to 2017 still working today.

The heavy-duty version of our open-head drum mixer. Same top-clamp mount as the MBEO-500, but with a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) motor that handles media up to 5,000 mPa*s. Customers buy this version for thicker solvent paints, polyester resins, PUR adhesives and bituminous compounds delivered in steel drums.

              Open-Head Drum Mixer MBEO-500 — Electric, Top-Clamp Mount

              €1,857.30

The drum mixer for open-head drums — the kind with a bolted lid you can take off completely. Top-clamp mount around the drum rim, full-size propeller drops straight into the open drum. Most of the MBEO-500 units we ship go to furniture coating shops and small paint manufacturers working with water-based paints, primers and light coatings in steel or fibre drums.

Pneumatic Lid-Mount Drum Mixer MBPP-1000 — HDPE Plastic Drums

                €3,038.10
                VAT included
                2 470,00 €
                Net

The pneumatic drum mixer for shops that do not want to run electricity into the mixing area. Same lid-mount platform as the MBEP series, but with an oil-free air motor running from a standard 6–7 bar shop air line. Customers tell us the deciding factor is usually one of two things: avoiding the cost of an electric install in the mixing zone, or working with solvents where a no-spark drive is the safer choice on principle.

                  IBC Tote Mixer MKE-10000 — Heavy-Duty, Food-Grade (1.5 kW)

This is our bestseller in household chemistry. The MKE-10000 is the heaviest-duty non-ATEX electric IBC mixer we build — 1.5 kW (2 HP), 316Ti food-contact propeller, and a built-in overheating cut-out so you can run it continuously. One of our customers, a manufacturer of cattle feed substitutes, used to mix in 200 L drums for several hours a day. They moved to the MKE-10000 and now run a continuous batch line in 1000 L totes.

                    Electric IBC Mixer MKE-5000 — Medium-Duty Workhorse (1.1 kW)

                    €2,521.50
                    VAT included
                    2 050,00 €
                    Net

The middle-of-the-range electric IBC mixer — between the universal MKE-2000 and the heavy-duty MKE-10000. 1.1 kW (1.5 HP), 316Ti propeller, gearbox ratio chosen at order (140, 200 or 280 rpm), up to 5,000 mPa*s. Customers pick it for resins, adhesives and solvent-based coatings when ATEX is not required. It is also the model we recommend when the MKE-2000 is undersized but the MKE-10000 would be overkill (and pricier than needed).
