Stationary IBC Mixer MSE-10000 ECO (Fixed 200 rpm, Value Tier)
The MSE-10000 ECO is the entry-level stationary IBC mixer in our stationary range. Same column and same wetted parts as the MSE-10000 standard model: 1.5 kW electric motor, folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller through DN150 cap, electric lift on the column. What changes is the drive control. The ECO ships with a single fixed speed of 200 rpm — mechanical, no VFD, no operator panel memory, just a basic terminal box with start/stop and overload protection.
That single-speed configuration cuts the unit price by removing the integrated VFD and the operator panel. It pays for itself when the line runs the same recipe at the same speed on every batch — high-volume repetitive duty where nobody is going to change the rpm between runs. If the recipe does need different speeds at different steps, the standard MSE-10000 with the integrated VFD is the right pick.

How the ECO fits the stationary range
Pick the ECO when you have steady, repetitive batches and the integrated VFD on the standard MSE-10000 is not earning its keep. Pick the MSE-10000 when the recipe needs different speeds at different steps and the operator panel memory matters. Pick the MSU-1000 when you alternate between IBC totes and drums on the same station. Pick the MSRP-5000 ECO Ex when the medium is flammable and the zone is ATEX.
