The MBEP-500 is our own design for HDPE plastic drums with a removable lid, 120–220 L. The mixer is built into the original drum lid — a construction rarely found on the market. A gearless 0.75 kW motor running at a fixed 900 rpm gives strong shear for water-based paints, concentrates, AdBlue and food products. Frequency inverter available as an option (stepless 400–900 rpm). Folding 316Ti stainless steel propeller. Viscosity up to 500 mPa*s. Manufacturer: Teknomatik.

    The MSRP-5000 ECO Ex is the only pneumatic ATEX stationary IBC mixer in our range. Built for Zone 1 atmospheres with gas and dust (EX II 2GD h IIB T4), intrinsically safe by virtue of the air-driven motor (no electric ignition source on the equipment). Folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller, ATEX manual chain hoist (no electric actuator), painted St3 column with earthing strap connection for proper bonding inside the Ex zone. Designed around customers producing solvents, varnishes and ethanol-based chemistry in 600–1000 L IBC totes.

Gearless direct drive, 0.75 kW, 900 rpm, double ∅140 mm impeller in 316Ti stainless steel. One unit fits both ∅150 and ∅225 mm openings.           The MSKE-10000 is our industrial stationary IBC mixer for continuous duty production. 1.5 kW electric drive with integrated VFD (variable frequency drive), continuous speed regulation from 100 to 300 rpm at the operator panel, electric lift frame and folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller. Because the mixer stands on the floor and the head lowers into the tote, the unit accepts the full 600–1000 L IBC range. Built for plants that run the same workstation across multiple shifts, with first installs back to 2017 still working today.

The MBEP-5000 takes the same idea of integrating the mixer directly into the HDPE drum lid and pairs it with a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) motor that handles media up to 5,000 mPa*s. This is the version chemistry plants buy when their drums hold something heavier than a typical water-based product.

                The MSE-10000 ECO is the value-tier stationary IBC mixer. Same 1.5 kW drive and same folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller as the standard MSKE-10000, but a single fixed speed of 200 rpm without VFD regulation and a basic operator terminal box. Built for production lines that run the same recipe at the same speed on every batch — high-volume repetitive duty where the integrated VFD on the standard model is not paying its way. Accepts the full 600–1000 L IBC range because the unit stands on the floor and the head lowers into the tote.

                    The MSU-1000 is the only universal stationary mixer in our range with a quick-change propeller system. One twin ∅140 mm 316Ti propeller covers 1000 L IBC totes through both DN150 and DN225 caps; a dedicated drum propeller covers 80–220 L drums. The whole platform shares one industrial touchscreen, one VFD (40–100% of nominal speed in standard), one electric lift frame. Plants running mixed container formats — IBC for bulk, drums for batch, occasional in-house tanks — get a single floor station instead of three separate mixers.

                      The drum mixer for open-head drums — the kind with a bolted lid you can take off completely. Top-clamp mount around the drum rim, full-size propeller drops straight into the open drum. Most of the MBEO-500 units we ship go to furniture coating shops and small paint manufacturers working with water-based paints, primers and light coatings in steel or fibre drums.

                        The pneumatic drum mixer for shops that do not want to run electricity into the mixing area. Same lid-mount platform as the MBEP series, but with an oil-free air motor running from a standard 6–7 bar shop air line. Customers tell us the deciding factor is usually one of two things: avoiding the cost of an electric install in the mixing zone, or working with solvents where a no-spark drive is the safer choice on principle.
