Teknomatik Europe Sp. z o.o. is a European manufacturer of mixers and agitators dedicated to working with IBC totes, 200 L drums and stationary tanks. The shop at shop.teknomatik.eu is the official sales channel of our mixer product line — with direct support from the manufacturer's technical department, the full catalogue of 20+ models and post-warranty service. We design, manufacture and service our equipment in Poland, at our headquarters in Jasienica in the Beskidy mountains.

What shop.teknomatik.eu is about

The shop.teknomatik.eu store presents exclusively our line of industrial mixers and agitators. We chose this segment to give our customers a dedicated purchasing platform with a full catalogue, technical advisory and service focused on a single type of equipment. The other areas of Teknomatik Europe's activity are presented on the corporate website at teknomatik.eu.

Three product lines — from portable mixers to stationary mixing stations

Our offer covers three classes of mixing equipment, matched to different container types and production workflows — from a single 1000 L IBC tote up to continuous operation in a process plant:

IBC mixers and IBC agitators (1000 L totes)

The flagship category of our shop — IBC mixers and IBC agitators form a range of 10 models dedicated to mixing directly inside an IBC tote with a DN150 (150 mm) screw-cap opening. They cover the full viscosity range (up to 10,000 mPa*s), in electric and pneumatic versions, including ATEX II 2G certified models for hazardous areas. They fit all standard 1000 L IBC totes (Schütz, Mauser, Werit, Sotralentz and other brands). The most frequently purchased models:

  • MKE-2000 — universal electric IBC mixer (water-based paints, AdBlue, detergents, liquid cosmetics)
  • MKE-10000 — top electric model for viscous media in an IBC tote (resins, solvent-based coatings, honey, syrups)
  • MKE-10000 Ex Full ATEX — flagship IBC agitator in full ATEX execution for coating shops and solvent-based paint production

Drum mixers and barrel mixers (60–220 L drums)

Drum mixers (barrel mixers) form a range of 5 models for drums — plastic drums with lid (HDPE), closed-head steel drums and open-head drums with a bridge. They are used for pigment dispersion, mixing water-based paints, AdBlue, detergents, cleaning agents and food products in a drum. The range includes high-speed electric models (up to 900 rpm) and oil-free pneumatic models for coating applications.

Stationary mixers and industrial mixing stations

Stationary mixers form a range of 4 models permanently mounted on a load-bearing frame — for plants operating in continuous mode with IBC totes, drums and tanks. The range includes industrial versions (with electric lift via actuator and a control cabinet — including the MSE-10000) and ECO versions (with manual crank lift — optimal price/performance ratio for SMEs). The only stationary pneumatic ATEX mixer in our offer — MSRP-5000 ECO Ex — is dedicated to coating shops and operation in Ex Zone 1.

Technical standards and quality — what sets our mixers apart

Every Teknomatik mixer and agitator is engineered from the ground up for demanding industrial B2B environments. We consistently apply the highest material and certification standards:

  • 316Ti acid-resistant stainless steel — propellers on all models are made of 316Ti steel approved for food contact (food grade), resistant to aggressive chemicals, solvents, acids and bases.
  • ATEX certification 2014/34/EU (II 2G) — Ex versions for hazardous areas Ex Zone 1 and Ex Zone 2 (gas): MKE-10000 Ex, MKE-10000 Ex Full ATEX, MKP-5000 Ex, MSRP-5000 ECO Ex.
  • Oil-free (oilless) pneumatic versions — pneumatic motors require no air-line lubrication, so the mixed medium stays completely clean. Ideal for paint and coating production where freedom from contamination is critical.
  • 1.4301 stainless steel load-bearing frames — optional for hygienic applications (food, cosmetics, pharma).
  • CE compliance — all devices meet the requirements of EU directives on machinery safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Manufactured in Poland — from CAD design through machining and welding to final assembly and pressure testing, everything is carried out at our plant in Jasienica. This lets us maintain quality control and short lead times.

Industries and applications — where our mixers work

We work with B2B production plants on the Polish and European markets. The most common industries and processes:

  • Household and industrial chemistry — cleaning agents, detergents, concentrates, disinfectants mixed in 1000 L IBC totes and 200 L drums.
  • Coating shops and paint production — water-based paints, acrylics, solvent-based coatings (ATEX version), flammable resins — using both IBC mixers and stationary mixers in the Ex zone.
  • Cosmetics and personal care — shampoos, balms, creams, emulsions, fragrance concentrates — the 316Ti food-contact propeller ensures formulation safety.
  • Food industry — honey, syrups, diluted juices, flavour concentrates, molasses — the 316Ti propeller is approved for food contact.
  • Composites and construction materials — epoxy and polyester resins, adhesives, bituminous compounds — requiring high mixing power (up to 10,000 mPa*s).
  • Automotive and service — AdBlue in drums and IBC totes, coolants, service concentrates, fuel additives.
  • Pharmaceuticals and chemical industry — formulations requiring medium purity and chemical resistance of the propeller.

Technical support and advisory — free of charge for every customer

Purchasing a mixer is a decision worth preceding with a conversation with a process engineer. That is why every shop.teknomatik.eu customer has access to free technical advisory from our engineering department:

  • Selecting the right mixer model for your production process, medium viscosity, container type and operating intensity (one-off vs continuous).
  • Assistance with specification of ATEX versions for Ex zones and the right zone class (Ex 1, Ex 2, II 2G).
  • Consultations on integrating a stationary mixer with a production line (control system, frequency drive, automation).
  • Post-warranty service, spare parts (propellers, seals, motors) available directly from the manufacturer.
  • Build-to-order versions — modifications for specific applications (shaft length, special materials, dedicated earthing components).
