Industrial Stationary IBC Mixer MSE-10000 (Integrated VFD, Electric Lift, for 600–1000 L IBC)
The MSE-10000 is the industrial top model in our stationary mixer range. 1.5 kW electric drive, integrated VFD with continuous speed regulation between 100 and 300 rpm, electric lift on the column and a folding ∅350 mm 316Ti propeller that passes through the DN150 cap. Built for production lines that mix in the same workstation across two or three shifts a day.
Because the mixer is a fixed station on the floor — not mounted on the container's top rim like a mobile IBC mixer — it accepts the full range of standard IBC totes: 600, 800 and 1000 L. The IBC slides under the lift on a pallet, the column lowers, the propeller unfolds inside the tote and the recipe runs from the operator panel. No bridge to lift onto the tote, no daily setup work per container changeover.
Who buys this model
The most frequent profile is a producer of household chemistry running three shifts. Detergents, cleaning agents, surfactant concentrates — batches of 600 to 1000 L going through the same station continuously. The integrated VFD matters here because the operator sets a different rpm for re-suspension at start-up versus the steady mixing phase, and the panel keeps that recipe in memory.
The first MSE-10000 we shipped is at an automotive supplier in Lower Silesia, installed in 2017 — still in continuous duty today. The hardest installation we have done was at a client with overhead mesh fencing where the mixer body had to sit in one place and the control box went into a separate cabinet metres away. We designed the cabling and the panel mount around that constraint. If your hall layout is unusual, ask before quoting.

How the MSE-10000 fits the stationary range
The MSU-1000 is the universal option with quick-change propellers for IBC and drums in one station. The MSE-10000 ECO is the value-tier sibling of this MSE-10000 — same drive train, same propeller, but fixed 200 rpm without the VFD, for high-volume repetitive batches that do not need speed regulation. The MSRP-5000 ECO Ex is the pneumatic ATEX option for solvent and Ex-zone duty. Pick the MSE-10000 when you have continuous three-shift IBC production and want the integrated VFD with operator-panel speed memory.
