Teknomatik is a Polish manufacturer of mixers and agitators for IBC containers, drums and tanks. We design and build all our equipment in Poland. Below you will find the full range of the brand available in our shop.
Teknomatik mixers and agitators
We have been making mixers for IBC containers since 2013. Today the brand offers more than 20 models in three product lines, and the right line depends on the container the unit will work in:
- IBC mixers: agitators mounted in the DN150 opening of a 1000 l container, for liquids with viscosity up to 10,000 mPa·s.
- Drum mixers: for 60–220 l drums, both open-top and with a lid.
- Stationary mixers: a support frame under which you move the IBC container or drum. ECO versions have manual lifting, industrial versions an electric actuator and a control cabinet.
The range is completed by stirrers (bucket, turbine, blade and polypropylene) and accessories: IBC tilter, drip trolley, shaft extension and lifting sling for IBC containers.
Drives and design
The mixers are available with electric or pneumatic drives, and selected models in ATEX II 2G design for explosion hazard zones 1 and 2. Propellers are made of 316Ti acid-resistant stainless steel, approved for food contact. All units are CE marked.
Made in Poland
Motors and gearboxes come from European suppliers. CNC machining, welding, assembly and testing are done in our own factory in Poland, so a standard IBC mixer is ready for shipment about 2 weeks after the order. Teknomatik Europe holds ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certificates.

Bucket stirrer in 316Ti stainless steel for Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000, MKE-10000 and MKP-5000. The blades unfold inside the tank to a 715 mm diameter. Recommended speed 200–300 rpm. Genuine spare part from the manufacturer, made in Poland.
High-speed electric IBC mixer MKE-500 with a bridge that rests on the cage of a 1000 l IBC and has fork pockets for a forklift. Gearless direct drive, 0.75 kW, 900 rpm, double ∅140 mm impeller in 316Ti stainless steel. One unit fits both ∅150 and ∅225 mm openings. For dispersing liquids up to 500 mPa·s, such as paints and pigments. Made in Poland.
Drip trolley for safely parking Teknomatik IBC mixers when they are not in use (not for stationary versions). The drip tray catches liquid residues running off the wet stirrer and protects the floor. The trolley has castors, so the parked mixer can be moved on it. Especially recommended when working with corrosive substances.
Blade stirrer for Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000, MKE-10000 and MKP-5000. The blades unfold inside the tank to a 350 mm diameter, optionally up to 500 mm. Genuine spare part supplied directly by the manufacturer, made in Poland.
Compact electric IBC mixer MKZE-500 without a bridge – it mounts directly in the IBC screw cap. Gearless drive, 0.75 kW, 900 rpm, double ∅140 mm impeller. Choose a ∅150 or ∅225 mm opening when ordering. Lighter than the MKE-500, for liquids up to 500 mPa·s. Food-contact version in 316Ti stainless steel available at extra cost. Made in Poland.
Shaft extension with an additional ∅110 mm stirrer for Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000, MKE-10000 and MKP-5000. Supplied as an option and always used together with the main stirrer – it does not replace it. Made in Poland.
Blade stirrer on cables for Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000, MKE-10000 and MKP-5000. The blades unfold to 350 mm (optionally up to 500 mm), and the cables let it mix closer to the bottom of the container. Genuine spare part from the manufacturer, made in Poland.
Compact pneumatic IBC mixer MKZP-1000 without a bridge, mounted directly in the IBC screw cap. Runs on compressed air at 6–7 bar with stepless speed control by valve, double ∅140 mm impeller, ∅150 or ∅225 mm opening chosen when ordering. For liquids up to 1,000 mPa·s. The standard version needs lubricated supply air; oil-free version at extra cost. Not ATEX certified. Made in Poland.
Turbine stirrer, 140 mm in diameter, for the Teknomatik MKE-500 high-speed IBC mixer (disperser, 900 rpm). Genuine spare part from the manufacturer to replace a worn or damaged stirrer. Made in Poland.
Polypropylene (PP) stirrer with a 316Ti stainless steel core – resistant to corrosion, strong acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals. For Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000 and MKP-5000. The blades do not fold (350 mm diameter) – check before ordering that they fit through your tank opening. Made in Poland.
Pneumatic IBC mixer MKP-5000 for 1000 l IBCs – for plants with a compressed-air network (6–7 bar) and no electricity at the container. Stepless speed control by valve, folding ∅350 mm propeller in 316Ti stainless steel, up to 5,000 mPa·s. The standard version needs lubricated supply air; oil-free version at extra cost. Not ATEX – for hazardous areas choose the MKP-5000 Ex. Made in Poland.
The pneumatic ATEX IBC mixer for coating shops and ethanol-bearing chemistry. Two layers of safety stacked on top of each other: the air motor has no electric components by design, and the whole system carries full ATEX EX II 2GD h IIB T4 certification for Zone 1. If your hall has compressed air, this is usually the simpler ATEX solution than dealing with an Ex motor and certified cable runs.
