Teknomatik is a Polish manufacturer of mixers and agitators for IBC containers, drums and tanks. We design and build all our equipment in Poland. Below you will find the full range of the brand available in our shop.

Teknomatik mixers and agitators

We have been making mixers for IBC containers since 2013. Today the brand offers more than 20 models in three product lines, and the right line depends on the container the unit will work in:

  • IBC mixers: agitators mounted in the DN150 opening of a 1000 l container, for liquids with viscosity up to 10,000 mPa·s.
  • Drum mixers: for 60–220 l drums, both open-top and with a lid.
  • Stationary mixers: a support frame under which you move the IBC container or drum. ECO versions have manual lifting, industrial versions an electric actuator and a control cabinet.

The range is completed by stirrers (bucket, turbine, blade and polypropylene) and accessories: IBC tilter, drip trolley, shaft extension and lifting sling for IBC containers.

Drives and design

The mixers are available with electric or pneumatic drives, and selected models in ATEX II 2G design for explosion hazard zones 1 and 2. Propellers are made of 316Ti acid-resistant stainless steel, approved for food contact. All units are CE marked.

Made in Poland

Motors and gearboxes come from European suppliers. CNC machining, welding, assembly and testing are done in our own factory in Poland, so a standard IBC mixer is ready for shipment about 2 weeks after the order. Teknomatik Europe holds ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certificates.

The MSU-1000 is the only universal stationary mixer in our range with a quick-change propeller system. One twin ∅140 mm 316Ti propeller covers 1000 L IBC totes through both DN150 and DN225 caps; a dedicated drum propeller covers 80–220 L drums. The whole platform shares one industrial touchscreen, one VFD (40–100% of nominal speed in standard), one electric lift frame. Plants running mixed container formats — IBC for bulk, drums for batch, occasional in-house tanks — get a single floor station instead of three separate mixers.

      IBC tilter for complete emptying of the container. Under the weight of a full IBC the tilter goes down and the container stands level; when less than 50 l remains, springs lift one side. The spring travel does not get in the way of the forklift. Can be placed on a drip tray, optionally with a fixed 80 cm or adjustable 80–120 cm platform. Made in Poland.
