Application and model advantage
The most versatile electric IBC mixer in our range — and the only one available both in a 230 V (single-phase) version and a 400 V (three-phase) version. Designed for small and medium-sized plants that need professional mixing inside a 1000 L IBC tote but have no three-phase supply. A standard 230 V outlet is enough — and the IBC agitator is ready to work.
The MKE-2000 electric IBC mixer (also "IBC tote mixer", "IBC agitator", "tote agitator") handles all three classical duty modes — blending miscible liquids, re-suspension of settled solids and dissolution of powders — at viscosities up to 2,000 mPa*s (cP). This range covers most everyday production duty: acrylic and water-based paints, liquid and semi-liquid cosmetics, light chemistry, hygiene products, emulsions, AdBlue/DEF, food products (with the 316Ti food-contact propeller). Three mechanical speeds — 140 / 200 / 280 rpm — let you match the mixing profile to the specific product inside the IBC container.
Unlike the high-speed MKE-500 (900 rpm IBC disperser, for thin liquids) and the industrial MKE-5000 (1.1 kW, for heavy resins and adhesives), the MKE-2000 is the universal model — it performs in plants where production is varied and the same mixer has to handle different media inside the IBC tote. The foldable ∅350 mm 316Ti acid-resistant stainless steel propeller passes through the standard DN150 (150 mm) screw-cap opening and unfolds inside the tank.

Construction, materials and compatibility
The MKE-2000 construction is optimised for fast installation and transfer between IBC totes. The transport bridge with handles allows forklift lifting and safe transport between production stations. As standard the bridge is painted steel; a 1.4301 stainless steel bridge is available as an option for higher hygiene requirements. The folding ∅350 mm propeller is 316Ti acid-resistant stainless steel — a food-contact grade resistant to organic acids, salts and chlorides. The TEFC fan-cooled motor with IP55 ingress protection is built for continuous duty in production environments. Fits every standard DN150 IBC tote.
