IBC tilter made of stainless steel 1.4301

IBC tilter for complete emptying of the container. Under the weight of a full IBC the tilter goes down and the container stands level; when less than 50 l remains, springs lift one side. The spring travel does not get in the way of the forklift. Can be placed on a drip tray, optionally with a fixed 80 cm or adjustable 80–120 cm platform. Made in Poland.

Shaft extension with an additional ∅110 mm stirrer for Teknomatik IBC mixers MKE-2000, MKE-5000, MKE-10000 and MKP-5000. Supplied as an option and always used together with the main stirrer – it does not replace it. Made in Poland.

Special lifting frame with chain sling for transporting 1000 l and 1250 l IBC containers. The frame of rectangular S355JR steel profiles absorbs side loads. Four-leg chain sling with hooks and connectors, CE marked under the Machinery Directive. Maximum load 2000 kg, RAL colour to be agreed. Made in Poland.

Drip trolley for safely parking Teknomatik IBC mixers when they are not in use (not for stationary versions). The drip tray catches liquid residues running off the wet stirrer and protects the floor. The trolley has castors, so the parked mixer can be moved on it. Especially recommended when working with corrosive substances.
