Device construction: IBC container is put on tiler. The tiler goes down under the weight and the IBC container stands horizontally;
During the emptying process, when the tank contains less then 50L of fluid, the springs lift up the back of the tank to the position that guarantee totally emptying possibility;
The spring pitch is adjusted so as not to affect the forklift truck work.
