The stationary mixer – universal is an ideal solution for products where it is advisable to mix liquids before use in order to obtain a uniform consistency, especially in the case of liquids that separate.
It can be used for IBC containers as well as 200-litre barrels.

MIXER

Device for mixing liquids with a viscosity of up to 500 mPa*s;
The system consists of a turbine mixer, a vertical transmission shaft mounted in a worm gear sleeve;
Two turbine rotors with an outer blade diameter of 140 mm and a shaft made of acid-resistant steel grade 316 Ti;
The system is equipped with a system for easy shaft replacement.

The device's support frame is made of St3 structural steel, powder coated in a RAL colour selected by the customer (RAL 5010 is used by default);

Device equipped with a mechanical arm lifting system connected to a mixer;

Lifting mechanism based on the principle of a trapezoidal screw and a set of guides;

Clutchless system with upper and lower agitator position limits;

The presented mixer is a stationary, universal, high-speed mixer equipped with a module for holding barrels for mixing liquids with low dynamic viscosity.
It can be freely modified in terms of the nominal speed of the agitator and different types of rotors (higher liquid viscosities).
